This Privacy Policy sets out how e-Privacy is used by you. monna.lt collects, processes and stores your personal data.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information fairly and lawfully in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we collect?

2.1. During browsing: You can browse our e-mails. in the shop anonymously. As long as you simply browse the products and do not place an order, we do not collect any of your personal data, collect your browsing history or identify you.

2.2. At the time of purchase (Necessary data only): we only collect your personal data when you decide to purchase a product. This data is necessary for us to be able to fulfil the sales contract and deliver the parcel:

• Name;
• Delivery address;
• Telephone number (required for courier or post office system);
• El. postal address (for billing and order information)

2.3. Technical cookies. to ensure the correct functioning of the shop, we use only the strictly necessary technical cookies. They do not collect personal information, but only provide website functionality:

• So that the items you put in your basket stay there while you move from one page to another.
• The cookies woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart help the system to recognise when the contents of your basket change. They do not store your personal data.

3. How long do we keep data?

• Fulfilled orders: we keep data on fulfilled orders (name, surname, address, goods purchased, invoices) for 10 years, as strictly required by the accounting laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Unrealised baskets: If you have placed an order but have not made a purchase, this temporary technical information is automatically deleted after the end of the browsing session or within a short period.

4. Who do we pass your data to?

Your data is only passed on to partners without whom we would not be able to fulfil your order:

1. For the payment operator: to enable you to pay securely (e.g. via e-banking).
2. For parcel services (e.g. LP Express, Omniva, DPD), so that the courier knows where and to whom to deliver the goods.

We do not sell or transfer your data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• To receive information about what data we hold about you (this will only be purchase data).
• Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected (e.g. if your address has changed).
• Request the deletion of your data if this is in line with legal requirements (e.g. the obligation to keep accounts).
