Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the ” Terms and Conditions”) set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods from the monna.lt e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer“) and Monika Zieniuvienė (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions are a binding legal document between the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of the goods and payment for them, the procedure for the delivery and return of the goods, the liability of the parties, and any other provisions relating to the purchase of goods.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. The Buyer shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time of placing the order.
2. The moment of conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the e-shop, specifies the delivery address, chooses the payment method and, after having read the Terms and Conditions, clicks on the button “Buy” or “Confirm order”.
2.2. Each contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be registered and stored in the e-shop database.
3. Buyer’s rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the monna.lt e-shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods and their delivery and to accept the goods ordered.
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to ensure that the data provided (name, address, telephone number) are correct. If the Buyer’s details change, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the order has not yet been dispatched.
3.4. The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail info@monna.lt) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
4. Seller’s rights and obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the personal information that belongs to him/her, as indicated in the registration form of the e-shop.
4.3. If the Buyer attempts to interfere with the operation or stable functioning of the e-shop, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend access to the e-shop.
5. Payment for goods
5.1. The Buyer shall pay for the goods using the payment methods indicated in the e-shop (e.g. e-banking via the integrated payment system).
5.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after payment has been received will the parcel be formed and the delivery time start to run.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. Goods shall be delivered in the manner chosen by the Buyer (by courier or to post offices) throughout Lithuania.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In cases where the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
6.3. The Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the consignment at the time of delivery. If the Buyer notices any damage to the consignment, the Buyer must note this on the delivery note or draw up a free-form consignment damage report.
6.4. Goods are delivered to the Buyer within 1-14 working days of order confirmation.
7. Returns and exchanges
7.1 Returns period: the Buyer shall have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
7.2 Return conditions: the returned goods must be:
- In the original packaging and in good condition;
- It is not damaged by the buyer;
- Unused, in good condition (labels intact, protective films intact, etc.);
- In the same configuration as received by the Buyer.
7.3 Returns process. by email to info@monna.lt, quoting the order number and the goods to be returned.
7.4. Return costs:
- If the goods are returned because they are not liked (i.e. without quality defects), the Buyer shall pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
- If the goods received are of poor quality or do not correspond to the order, the Seller shall bear the return costs.
7.5 Refund: the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer (including the price of the goods) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer.
8. Product quality and guarantee
8.1. Each email will have a different name. The details of the goods sold in the shop are given in the description of each item.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the email. the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
8.3. If the goods are not of satisfactory quality, the Buyer has the right to have the goods replaced with goods of satisfactory quality, to have the price of the goods reduced or to have the money paid refunded.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Any disagreements arising from the application of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3.
